Carli is a former Michigan Elite alumni who has spent the last year playing volleyball at the University of Florida. During her collegiate career she was a member of the USA Junior National Team, two-time All SEC, three-time AVCA All Southeast Region and a three time AVCA All-American. During her senior season she led the Gators in points per set and kills per set. She ranked sixth in the nation in service aces. Carli competed her last collegiate match last December at the NCAA national championship and will be playing professionally next season in Mulhouse, France. She has learned from some of the best coaches over the course of her volleyball career and is passionate about helping athletes at every level.

Training Philosophy: "The most important thing I have learned was that each day I go into the gym I need to have an open mindset and fail a lot. When you accept that in order to get better you have to be uncomfortable and sometimes even be downright BAD you open so many doors for yourself."
