The rest of these forms will go to your COACH! (Admin Parents can collect all of them and then hand to coach at once, if desired).

MIZUNO, ELITE, & NATIONAL LOCATION:

- USAV Registration
AAU Registration Instructions
- Start by following the "AAU Registration" link HERE
- Click "Join AAU" (red box on right hand side)
- Click either "Login" (if you have already signed up for AAU in the past) OR "Create Account" or "Continue as Guest"
- Click "New Membership" (orange button)
- Register "My Child" as an "Athlete" and fill out all fields
- Be sure to select Michigan Elite Volleyball Academy as your club (Club Code: RSXX9BA6)
- You're all set!
*Be sure to select Michigan Elite from the drop down menu. Purchase the full $45 membership NOT single event $15 membership!
